The suite comprises a bedstead, a chest of drawers with a marble top, a large floor mirror, and a wardrobe with a mirrored door. The pieces are each decorated in high relief with various auspicious subjects including phoenix, Buddhist lions, double gourds and shou characters, all on a ground of scrolling foliage.
