Rectangular-shaped Ultra Prima mechanical movement, 18 jewels, two-tone silvered dial with Arabic numerals, large subsidiary dial for constant seconds, oblong case with snap on back, hinged frame set into red lacquer outer case, hinged cover opened and closed by sliding it slightly up and down, case, dial and movement signed
