Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present Dome clock with Moorish decoration on brass in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 11 October 1955. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box.

To the best of our knowledge, this clock has never been offered in public before.

A similar clock is illustrated in Patek Philippe Museum - Patek Philippe Watches Volume II, pp. 403-411.
