Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Roman numerals and guilloché case back in 1909 and its subsequent sale on 9 November 1909.

To the best of our knowledge, this "Gondolo" is fresh to the market.

A similar example is illustrated in Patek Philippe Museum - Patek Philippe Watches Volume II, p. 123.
