Lot Essay

An intriguing example of double signed watch, the present timepiece bears the signature "Baylor" on the dial.

Baylor was a Texan retailer owned by Dallas retail firm Zale's. During the 1960s and 1970s they developed strong ties with Heuer: this wristwatch is obviously a consequence of this relationship.
