Two or more works in one volume, 2º (374 x 274mm). 39 hand-coloured lithographs with printed captions in Cyrillic, some plates heightened with gum arabic. (Each plate with the caption translated into English in typescript on a slip tipped into the margin, and with translation into Finnish in pencilled manuscript. Lithograph by Daumier from ‘Les Cinq Sens’ laid in. (Light marginal soiling and spotting, two plates with small marginal repairs.) 20th-century burgundy half morocco, preserving the printed wrappers of the first work, and printed front wrapper of the second. Provenance: acquired from Helsingfords, Finland, in 1937.
