The 12 inch square dial with date aperture and subsidiary seconds to the matted centre, the silvered chapter ring signed 'James Walker, London', the eight-day movement joined by five knopped and finned pillars, with recoil anchor escapement and internal countwheel strike to bell, the bell cast with number '20' and 'R WELLS'
