Rectangular with rounded corners, enameled overall in translucent white over a wavy guilloché ground, within borders of light blue enamel over a cross hatched ground, the corners applied with silver-gilt rosettes between chased gold laurel borders, with diamond-set thumb-piece, marked inside cover and base
