Each on shaped oval base and with fluted body, with leaf-capped scroll handle and shell and scroll border, each engraved with the Royal arms within Garter motto and below the Royal crown, marked on base, further engraved with scratchweights 'N3 20 15' and 'No.6 19'
8 3/4 in. (22.3 cm.) long
37 oz. 8 dwt. (1163 gr.)
The Royal arms are those of King George II (r.1727-1760).

Presumably a perquisite of office given to Thomas, 4th Duke of Leeds (1713-1789) on his appointment as Lord of the Bedchamber to King George II in 1748, and then by descent.
