Contemporary half vellum and decorative boards, spine titled in manuscript in a later hand (possibly re-cased with endpaper renewed, extremities rubbed, edges spotted).
Graesse and Brunet remark on the rarity of Borromeo's works, Brunet noting that those published without publisher’s name were issued in a small number of copies at the cost of the author.
