Compare the similarly decorated white jade vase, bearing an identical mark to the present vase, in the Qing Court collection, illustrated in Jadeware (III) The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum - 42 - Jadeware (III), Hong Kong, 1995, p. 180, no. 147, and again by Li Jiufang in Zhongguo Yuqi Quanji, Hebei, 1991, vol. 6, p. 117, no. 182. Another slightly larger (33 cm.) archaistic white jade vase, also dating to the Qianlong period, was sold at Christie's Hong Kong, 28 May 2014, lot. 3370.
