Covered in brass-studded leather, the roof with a late 18th century leaf-cast brass vase finial and re-gilt foliate carved cornice, the upper door and upper sides with retractable glazed screens, the lower section with 18th century floral painted panels probably associated from a screen, possibly at the time of manufacture, the interior lined in 18th or 19th century red velvet, the pine bearers modern replacements
