MARK OF ALEXANDER LYUBAVIN, "88" STANDARD, ST. PETERSBURG, 1896/1908, WITH FRENCH CONTROL MARK
Sides and top of hook handle decorated with scrolling flowers in pink, orange, green and three shades of blue on textured ground edged with turquoise enamel bead borders, the prow applied with Imperial double-headed eagle, the handle applied with the crowned arms of St. Petersburg and inscribed along both sides of handle "La ville de St. Petersbourg au Lieutenant Cazenave"; also a silver and polychrome enamel kovsh bearing spurious Russian marks, 20th century, decorated with flowers and with bridled horse-head handle
