GRAND VASE EN PORCELAINE EMAILLEE CELADON, ZUN
CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, MARQUE A SIX CARACTERES EN CACHET EN BLEU SOUS COUVERTE ET POSSIBLEMENT DE L'EPOQUE QIANLONG (1736-1795)
The vase is moulded in the form of a basket with swelling sides rising to a slender neck with galleried mouth rim. The lobed body is decorated to the shoulders and to the mouth rim with parallel bands of a rope-twist design and the vase is covered all over with a celadon glaze pooling in the recesses.
14 ½ in. (37 cm.) high
