En suite with the preceding lot, each with arched rectangular padded back, arms and bowed seat with loose cushion covered in green velvet, the panelled frame carved overall with ribbon and rosettes and edged with stiff-leaf borders, the toprail centred by ribbon-tied oak leafs flanked by foliate finials, the husk-trailed and scrolled arms with acanthus-carved terminals, on spirally-turned tapering legs headed by rosettes, stamped 'JACOB.D / R.MESLEE', with royal chateaux marks 'TH' and crowned 'CP' and with ink inventory numbers '30948', 'C9953', '42696' and 'V 1860' and further indistinct ink inventory marks, each with old paper label inscribed '823 fauteuil', one fauteuil with restored cuts to the legs, previously painted
