With maker's mark for Oscar Heyman & Brothers, no. 504467
With report CS 65781 dated 30 March 2015 from the American Gemological Laboratory stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of this sapphire would be classified as Thailand. No gemological evidence of heat
