Lot Essay

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1971 and its subsequent sale on March 30th of the following year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Guarantee dated April 14th, 1972.

Reference 3585 Golden Ellipse, back wind was launched in 1970. It was made in yellow gold or white gold with variations in dials and bracelets. All dials were made by Stern Frères, and were produced in gold, gilt, bronze, silvered, or blue like the present watch.
