Painted inside and outside on gilt fluted sections alternating with birds and flowers and centred by a bird to interior, shaped flat handle painted with flowers and tucked-in low pedestal foot with band of white bead motifs, flowers and birds in pink, green, tangerine, pale blue, white and black on an olive green ground embellished with scrolling wire, narrow rope-work rim
