Rectangular with bowed corners, the cover chased with an urn of flowers on textured ground within a hexagonal reserve, flanked by blue enamel hemispherical panels decorated with foliage, encircled by further chased foliage and blue enamel foliate motifs to each corner, sides and base engine-turned with blue enamelled corners, the interior applied with a count's coat of arms above an inscription dated 1822
