The case surmounted by two lion rampants and a shield and flanked by birds, the sides painted with flowers, the painted dial with winged putti and a landscape, with Roman chapter ring, the two train posted frame movement with verge escapement and count wheel strike to bell; with pendulum, the weight lacking, on a bracket flanked by figures, with floral, foliate and figural crest, the whole now mounted on later board
