the case with handle to inverted bell top and urn finials to the angles, with glazed arched panels to the sides, on block feet, the dial signed W.m Audouin LONDON on a silvered disc in the arch, silvered chapter ring with matted centre and mock pendulum aperture, gilt-metal foliate spandrels, pierced blued steel hands, the five pillar single wire fusee movement with knife-edge verge escapement, passing strike on bell, pendulum holdfast to the foliate engraved backplate -- 10in.(25.5cm.)
