A REGENCE CARVED OAK LARGE CONSOLE TABLE
PROBABLY FIRST HALF 18TH CENTURY
With rouge deRance marble top, the frieze carved with masks and scrolling acanthus, centred by a pierced shell, on conformingly-carved cabriole legs and hoof feet, stamped TR to the back and stamped with a stylised fleur-de-lys, with paper label inscribed in ink '303'

This console table, although with slightly different carving, is of the same overall shape and form as a Régence console recently sold Christie's, Paris, 14 April 2015, lot 77 (€51,900).
