A HONGMU LOTUS-FORM STAND
19TH CENTURY
Carved from a single section of hongmu, the stand has a raised lotus leaf-form platform above further lotus leaves and flowers emerging from rippling waters. The underside is finely carved with swirling waves.
2 ½ in. (6.4 cm.) high, 4 3/8 in. (11.3 cm.) wide, 3 in. (7.7 cm) deep
