A SMALL ZITAN CIRCULAR STAND
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The stand is carved from one section of zitan. The top is carved with a raised circular medallion and encircled by a shaped gallery carved with ruyi heads above a narrow waist and rounded shoulder. The whole is raised on five beaded ruyi-form feet joined by beaded, shaped aprons and humpback stretchers.
