A YAOZHOU CELADON CARVED CONICAL BOWL
NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (AD 960-1127)
The deep, flared sides are slightly rounded, and the interior is carved in the center with a peony sprig and below the lipped rim with a band of leafy scroll. The bowl is covered overall with a glaze of olive-green tone.
