A RARE TWO-TONE AMBER CARVING OF SQUIRRELS AND GRAPES
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The amber is finely carved with two squirrels climbing amidst a ripe stem of grapes, encircled by leaves and vines. The amber is of a mottled yellowish-orange color on the exterior, and is of an even pale yellowish-brown color on the interior.
