Of typical form with a central rosette composed of diamond-set rectangular, drop-shape and palmette segments radiating around a central octagonal plaque, with hinged semi-circular elements on either side, similarly inset, the reverse decorated in polychrome enamel with a floral design, attachment loop on one end, repairs to the hinges
