Set with an octagonal modified-cut light blue sapphire, weighing approximately 18.38 carats, to the circular-cut diamond pierced gallery and shoulders, ring size 5 1/2, mounted in platinum
Accompanied by report no. CS 69351 dated 10 August 2015 from the AGL American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of this light blue sapphire would be classified as Ceylon (Sri Lanka), with no gemological evidence of heat.
