The nose has an evocative herbal character, combining subtle balsamic scents, attractive savoury notes of cumin and discreet spring blossom fragrances. The texture is smooth and silky, there is a crisp liveliness on the mid palate and the finish is warm and mellow with an attractive nuttiness. Smooth and approachable, it is a Vintage Port for drinking rather than laying down.
