Chambers’ print comes from a series of works he has made over the last three years that explore the American Midwest as a metaphor for encounters, journeys and unchartered space. Its imagery relates to a monumental print work The Big Country that was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts in 2012 and the Pera Museum, Istanbul in 2014.
