A PALE CELADON JADE CARVING OF A BIRD

The bird is carved and pierced with its head turned over its back and a long flowering branch of prunus blossom in its beak. Its feathers are incised and its feet are tucked beneath its body. The stone is of a pale, even celadon tone.
