KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722) AND GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
The group comprises: two large and three smaller plates decorated with confronting dragons chasing the flaming pearl; four larger and five smaller bowls decorated with striding dragons chasing the flaming pearl; and a pair of dishes decorated with a dragon roundel, the reverse with various shou characters and apocryphal Chenghua marks.
The largest 9 ¾ in. (24.7 cm.) diam.
