EARLY 18TH CENTURY
The jar is crisply carved to the exterior with a broad band of leafy lotus scrolls, between ruyi heads to the mouth and stylised waves to the foot. It is covered in a pale bluish-celadon glaze, pooling to a darker tone within the crevices of the decoration.
