A SMALL GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF SHAKYAMUNI
18TH CENTURY
Shakyamuni is seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base, his right hand in bhumiparsamudra the other supporting an alms bowl. He has a mild and serene expression and is dressed in a robe draped over his left shoulder exposing the tied undergarment reaching the chest.
