TURNING WINE INTO WATER
MIXED LOTS FROM THE 2015 DECANTER WORLD WINE AWARDS, SOLD TO BENEFIT WaterAid
The following lots 1 to 79 are offered on behalf of Decanter Magazine and are drawn from the sample bottles submitted to their 2015 World Wine Awards. The proceeds will be donated in full to benefit the international charity, WaterAid, who are dedicated to the provision of domestic water, sanitation and hygiene education across Africa and Asia. Their work is fundamental; over a billion people do not have access to safe water in these areas. Each case contains 12 different bottles from the region or country indicated and all are packed in new Christie's cartons following inspection and selection by Decanter staff. Vintages range mainly from 2009-2014. All are drawn from the 'over £10' category of the 2015 Decanter World Wine Awards (full results of which are available at www.decanter.com)
There will be a chance to taste a range of samples on the morning of the sale, however a detailed listing will not be available
