The rounded rectangular top carved with strapwork, foliage and shell spandrels, the foliate frieze above a cushion-moulded apron carved with strapwork panels containing trailing husks and flowerheads on a pounced ground, on acanthus-headed cabriole legs with foliate pad feet, the gilding apparently largely original with repairs
