MARKED K. FABERGÉ WITH THE IMPERIAL WARRANT, MOSCOW, 1908-1917, SCRATCHED INVENTORY NUMBER 24754
Comprising a jug, glass holders and a tray; the jug of bombé form, the cut-glass body decorated with fluted gadroons with diamond and geometric patterns, the upper body applied with cast and chased laurel swags and festoons, the collar cast and chased with anthemion border, the slightly domed stepped cover with a berried laurel border and acanthus-wrapped pine-cone finial, the reeded handle capped with acanthus, gilt interior; glass holders and later glasses similarly decorated, the tray with anthemion-cast border, marked throughout; in the original fitted wood case with suede lining
The jug 12¾ in. (32.4 cm.) high; the tray 16 1/8 in. (41 cm.) diameter
