Realistically modelled and painted as a woman wearing a purple dress, black coat and a green kerchief, holding a baby and a bundle, on a naturalistic circular base, apparently unmarked, with later Russian inscription under base 'Ukraine, Stalino 24/09/1943 P.S.'
