UNKNOWN MAKER’S MARK 'IHB’, TOBOLSK, 1774
Cylindrical, slightly tapering, the body repoussé and chased with wave-bands and nielloed with two rocaille cartouches on a gilt stippled ground, one enclosing the Cyrillic monogram 'ESh’, the other the date '1773 [year]’, the upper and lower parts further nielloed with rocaille bands, marked under base, also with black painted numerals, further marked with French import mark on rim
4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm.) high
