Painted with Oriental figures on a terrace before a pavilion in a fenced garden and with animals and figures amongst trees and rockwork below a flower and scrollwork border and a band of lappets to the neck (minor restoration to neck and footrim)

The Collection of Harold Peto, Iford Manor, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire and on loan to the National Trust at Dyrham Park, Gloucestershire.
With Guest & Gray, London, from whom it was acquired in February 2008.
