See Barbara Beaucamp-Markowsky, Boîtes en Porcelaine, Fribourg, 1985, nos. 110 & 112 for two Meissen boxes with similar views of the Zwinger which may have been inspired by engravings published in 1729 by Mattäns Daniel Poppelmann in Vorstellung und Beschreibung des Zwingergartens zu Dresden.
