Shaped rectangular with gadroon border and leaf corners, detachable taperstick with shell decoration around base, baluster inkwell and sander, the latter with detachable top, base engraved with reversed and interlaced monogram, this repeated to base of taperstick which is screwed on to base and to sander and inkwell, raised on leaf-capped scroll feet
