Chased with various flowers and scrolling foliage, engraved below the rim with script initials 'MD'; together with a similar beaker by Franz Fisinger, Leipzig, circa 1680, engraved underneath with initials '*AGB*' and to the rim with 19th century English crest, gilt interior
