Unrecorded fencing manuals written in modern Greek by a German teacher in the royal military school in Athens. The first work, on the use of the sabre, is dedicated to the Bavarian King Otto of Greece. The second work is on the foil. Both works include illustrations of fencing stances, equipment, and attacks, including a particularly detailed diagram of various hand positions for gripping the weapon.
