With walnut stock inlaid with engraved white stag-horn panels throughout, one initialled 'GE' by the stocker, horn butt-plate inscribed 'No. 1', steel bow struck with arrow-shaped maker's mark, and retaining original cord and faded red woollen tassels, 27 in. (68.5 cm.) overall
