Each with 30 ¼ in. (77 cm.) browned twist barrel, the first rifled with two grooves for belted-ball, case-hardened bolted lock and mounts including patchbox-cover engraved with a boar beset by hunting hounds, set triggers, finely figured maple half-stock, and some original finish, London proof marks; the second with heavy octagonal barrel, engraved lock and mounts including patchbox-cover depicting a tiger, and figured stock (cracked and repaired around lock), Birmingham proof marks
