With 32 in. (81 cm.) browned fine twist black powder only barrels, case-hardened action and rebounding back-action locks, the former with carved percussion fences, figured 14 ¼ in. semi-pistolgrip stock, border and scroll engraved throughout, gold escutcheon engraved 'Made For F.B. Arnold London Octr. 1874', and retaining much original finish throughout, weight 11 lbs. 12 ¾ oz.
