LATE MATARAM PERIOD
With lorus blade with gilt crowned naga sosro and raja sign, brass hilt chased in the form of a human figure, ornate brass scabbard with traces of original silver plated finish; together with SIX JAVANESE PEDANGS, two silver mounted, one with silver scabbard, and another with horn grip carved in the form of a wayang; and THREE JAVANESE BADEK, one with Javanese inscription inlaid in the blade and with pamor bawang sebungkul, another a rare 'double' short-sword, of similar form to a Chinese double jian, the blades etched with script and symbols; and A DAYAK MANDHU HEADHUNTER'S SWORD
