VARIOUS MAKER'S MARKS, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Each with snake-form loop handle, comprising a matched pair with Dyonisiac decorations on the borders, one inscribed to side 'CLAVIN.AUXLEY..' and inset with a Lucca coin dated 1806, the other inscribed and dated on the side '.VERNOT .POMMARD. 1825', each mark of Orfèvre Parrot, Dijon, c. 1816; the third with gadrooned and circular incised bosses on the border and inset with a coin dated 1757, maker's mark '*E'
3 ½ in. (8.8 cm.) long, the largest; 4 oz. 10 dwt approximate gross weight
