A SMALL YAOZHOU BROWN GLAZE AND WHITE SLIP-DECORATED JAR
TANG DYNASTY (618-907)
The jar is potted with a compressed body rising from a short foot ring to a lipped rim. The body is decorated with a band of oval-shaped patterns below a band of trefoils, all in brown glaze reserved on a white slip ground.
